Don’t forget to walk outside to the upper deck and experience the gorgeous Mountain View’s! This area also includes a dining table and an electric bbq. The main Common area also has an easily accessible laundry room and an entry to the one-car garage.
The main floor also includes the master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom with a queen bed, and two smaller guest rooms downstairs. There is a large rec room with a ping pong table (needs repair but still works) with a private outdoor patio as well.

Dear Guests,
Your experience is our top priority! You have full access to the home. Easy lockbox check-in and out with a code that is provided one day before your stay! The home is in a quiet neighborhood with an HOA. Due to this,

Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door but we would not be liable for any lost packages.

*Absolutely NO PETS.
**NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property. Please smoke on the street if necessary!**
*NO parties, events or gatherings in or around our property.
*Do not disturb neighbors.
*Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
*Lock the doors and close windows every time you leave the home.
*DO NOT have more guests than stated in your reservation and NO UNAPPROVED visitors.

All vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking available. Recreational vehicles are not allowed, unless they are small enough to fit safely inside the garage.
If guests cause damage or a specialty cleaning is required after their stay, guests will incur a fine.

Note: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

**Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.

AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 68 degrees.

Kindly use your own account credentials for streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video.

As your host, I understand that we require a cleaning fee but I also would like some cleanup from our guests during the stay and before checkout:
*If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it or report it; if you use it take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

This might seem confusing so let me explain…This is only so our home is being respected and taken care of and treated as if it was your own home during your stay. A perfect clean is not what we need. Just a wiping down of the day to day use of the counters, sweeping food debris off the floors or wiping off food splatters that arise.
If there are stains, spills, or damages of any kind, please notify the host immediately so I can be prepared to fix or clean up the issue.
